4th of July/ the Day I almost lost my eye

At the wife's parents house light off fireworks for like an hour and I call it quits because my thumb is burnt from lighting the lighters. I stand out of the way with my wife just talking then all of a sudden a bottle rocket hit my glasses then went in my glasses snug in the corner of my eyebrow/nose area I close my eyes then BOOM! the bottle rocket does what they do and blow up haha. I have this pretty bad scratch/burn but atleast I can still see fine. I was lucky I didn't lose my eye. Urgh I just hope this doesn't scare. Funny we shot roman candles at each other and nothing happened. It was when I stopped I got hurt haha oh man.
